Lost Tapes : Creaturefy Yourself, Lost Tapes Game : Animal Planet.

From the Animal Planet, this flash app lets you upload a photo and transform yourself into a ghoulish creature using eyes, hair, noses, teeth and more from the Vampire, Lizardman, Werewolf, Owlman and Bigfoot creature. Mine's a combo of Lizard and Owl-Man.
